MATTIE IS BEING FOSTERED IN THE RICHMOND VA AREA. THE ADOPTION TEAM IS NOW ACCEPTING ADOPTION APPLICATIONS. PLEASE VISIT OUR WEBSITE WWW.MOMSRESCUEVA.ORG.

Mattie is a 5 year old cocker spaniel mix. He has a wonderful loving
temperament, but does not like young children (under 6) in the home.
Mattie has excellent house manners, is house broken, and does not
counter surf. He is crated trained. Is a very sweet dog, a great
lapdog who loves to sleep in the bed with his foster family at night.
He doesn't bark excessively. Mattie loves to ride in a car and is an
excellent passenger.

He is very energetic and athletic. He would probably be best suited
for a family that likes to take long walks or run up to a 5K per day.
He does very well with a 15 minute ball throwing in an open field.
Chasing a ball is his favorite thing in the whole world!!
