HOLLY's Story...
Hi! My name is Holly and I am a 6 yr. old beagle that was dropped off at a shelter in North Carolina with my daughter, Jingle Belle. Penny Angels rescued us both so that we would have a better chance at finding a new home. We were hoping to find a home together, but Jingle Belle met some nice people that wanted to adopt her alone, so I had to let her go. I am happy that she found her forever home, but now it is MY turn!

I am a smaller girl that weighs about 20 lbs., and I have a cute little belly pouch, probably from having multiple litters of pups in the past. I am very sweet and loving and enjoy snoozing and snoring on the couch. I am very happy to snuggle in a comfortable lap, too! I adore other dogs and love children! I would be a good fit in just about any home. In fact, everyone that meets me falls in love with me. I don’t expect to be in Rescue too long, but I will wait as long as it takes to find my forever home!!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

HOLLY, a Ventnor City Beagle dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Beagle for sale in Ventnor City, or seeking a Beagle dog from a breeder in Ventnor City.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Ventnor City already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Ventnor City breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Beagle breeders who help with Beagle rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Ventnor City paves the way for another one to be saved.
