Hello World,
We are Desi and Lucy, a darling, beautiful and bonded pair of fluffs. Our foster parents said to tell you that I, Desi, am a bundle of love and quiet energy and that Lucy is a sweet and gentle ‘femme fatale’ of a girl. We are 2 and 3 years old and weigh 7 and 10 pounds respectively-- so we aren’t quite as big as many of our bichon brothers and sisters are.
I, Desi, am actually the smaller of the two of us however I am ready to protect my Lucy from the wild things in the world if she needs me (She rarely does, however, as we live in a pretty mellow and safe world.) I’m happy romping around the yard, running and wrestling with my foster doggy brothers or checking for gophers in the back yard. (My foster brothers taught me that trick!) Dad says sometimes it’s at least a four ring circus at our house but we all have lots of fun and make everyone laugh and smile.) Dad says to tell you that I’m a darling little boy you will want to snuggle with every chance you get –I’m just that cute. (Can you tell that he likes me?) Lucy
Now for Lucy…Mom says she is a sweet and innocent little angel -- and that she has the cutest ways about her.She loves to snuggle in your arms and around your neck whenever she gets the chance. Lucy also has lots of little traits that make Mom smile. She has also learned that how to get picked up and cuddled very quickly. (Trust me, Lucy is so darn cute, smart and good at figuring out how to get more attention that she’s in a class by herself!) On the other hand Mom says I have the personality and adoring looks that will melt anyone’s heart the first time they meet me.
Desi & LucyNow about the snuggling part, we love to be cuddled separately of course, and we also love to be cuddled together. Going for walks or rides in the car are our favorite past times. We personally don't understand, other than feeding and walking us, why Mom and Dad would want to do anything other than cuddle or play with us all day long.
We are both potty trained and use the doggy door. We are also very curious about the world and want to please. Every day is another opportunity to learn more ways to make the humans around us smile.
Mom says is that our forever home will be very special -- because it will have two of the sweetest furkids in the world living inside. And Dad agrees. He says anyone who meets us will be a happier person for the experience.
