If we could put music with this posting we would; these lyrics to “Lady” fit our girl Lady perfectly. She is full of love and it really does shine through her eyes.

This lovely girl is Lady a plus size gal with a heart to match; she is about six years young and is an amazing companion. If you are looking for a dog that is full of love and just wants to be with you and near you she is your girl!
With age comes good things; Lady is; house trained, crate trained, has great manners when meeting people and is calm and easy going! Her biggest problem is that if you let her she can be a big couch potato and she does need to lose some weight. Upside is that is she is an amazing cuddle buddy and would LOVE to be able to lie with you and snuggle up. She will sit forever if you want to pet her.
Have cats? No worries, she totally ignores them, and she also gets along well with dogs. Lady is living with 1 child who is 10 and does great with him; we have not had the chance to have Lady around younger children but if they are sweet and gentle with her our guess is she would be fine.
Lady was allowed to eat a little more than her fair share of food in her previous home and likely never heard the word exercise. With a little help from her foster mom, Lady made a New Year’s resolution is to get back into shape! She now has more energy and she looks forward to going on walks with her new family.
Lady is spayed, microchipped and current on her vaccinations.
