Hello Everyone!
I’m Isabella, an amazingly happy and cuddly Bichon girl of about six or seven, who is the perfect blend of mellow and sweet. My tail is always wagging and I get along with everyone – from big dogs to small dogs, kitties and people. Mom says I’m a natural ‘meeter and greeter’ who loves to cuddle and snuggle. I’m also quite the communicator! I pay very close attention to everything Mom says – and even cock my head when she talks so that I don’t miss a word.
Did I mention that I also love being brushed and looking pretty. Mom says I’m a “girly girl” and that I’m very smart. (She says I’m training her really well – like when I take my nose to Mom’s hand to let her know I want to be petted. Mom is pretty smart, too, ‘cause she picked right up on that and does a really good job!) Isabella
I love the other dogs that I meet on our walks. I approach each of them thinking that they are automatically my friend! That’s important to know because some other bichons are afraid of dogs that are bigger than they are – but I’m not at all!
Last week I was very sad. My family lost their home and could no longer take care of me. But then I became a FurKid and everything was great! I now have a foster family who is giving me lots of love and attention -- and that helps me feel better already. And once I’m in my Forever Home with my Forever Family, well then life will be just as wonderful as it can be.
My foster Auntie says that I’m very eager to please and adore attention. She says you can see in my eyes how happy I am when I am loved and near a special person!
She says I love to snuggle and cuddle—and shower my person with lots of love - and that I truly enjoy the little things in life like treats, toys and belly rubs. I‘m just a cute, snuggly, friendly bichon who is housebroken, sensitive to your needs and wants to please. Mom says I’m blossoming more and more each day – and that I’m always quiet and content.
