Here's what the humans have to say about me:
A typical lab .... TOBY gets very excited about life and his family. He becomes a bit giddy and nippy (playfully) at times when you go to pet him. He loves his chew toys (Kongs, elk antlers, tennis balls, chuck it toys, etc.). Loves retrieving and playing and will even PICK UP the shoes, towels, hats or gloves you happen to leave on the floor...anything he can carry! There are no signs of food aggression, no sensitivity to being touched anywhere, etc. We have pulled his food bowl away, looked in his ears, pulled his ears, tail, checked his teeth with no problems. He loves to play high five and having his tummy rubbed. HE IS A GREAT DOG, VERY SMART, LOVES FAMILY AND ROUTINE AND ASSURANCE YOU WILL BE THERE FOR HIM. Because of his size we recommend children be 14 yrs. or older. We recommend a fenced yard and training (the first month) to continue reinforcing the appropriate behavior required from him. He is also crate-trained and when you say "cage" he goes straight to bed!
