Here's what the humans have to say about me:
This sweet girl is estimated at about 7 months old. She is a great size at about 30 pounds. Unfortunately her previous owner decided they no longer wanted her and they dumped her in the Walmart parking lot. Thankfully I was passing through that town on my way to another town and needed to stop for sunglasses. I saw her and asked the workers sitting outside on break if she had just jumped out of someone's car. They informed me that she had been there about 3 days. She was hungry and scared but thanks to a few of those workers who helped me, we were able to catch her. Once in the car, she must have realized her worries were over and she began to give me kisses. She is now in my home with all of my dogs and foster dogs and cats and she gets along well with all of them. She will chase the cats that will run, but she doesn't do anything to the cats that won't run. She really just wants to play. She is such a sweet and loving girl who deserves to have a forever family. She does great off leash and stays right with me on our walks. She is so gentle and is even playing so sweetly with a litter of 6 week old puppies.
This dog is spayed/neutered, up to date on vaccinations and current on flea/tick and heartworm preventative. This dog has tested negative for heartworms. The adoption fee is $375 if your adoption is prepaid and final prior to your dog's arrival. An additional $50 will be charged on dogs that are picked up from our Southbury CT adoption center, adopted at an event or foster home. This additional fee is necessary in order to comply with CT HB 5368.
If you are a MA resident, your new family member is required to go through a mandatory 48 hour quarantine period at our Woburn MA isolation facility. Your new family member will be dropped off by our transport on Thursday and will be ready for you to pick him/her up on Saturday between noon and 2pm. An additional $75 fee will be added for puppies picked up from our Woburn MA quarantine facility. This additional fee is necessary in order to comply with MA Order 405-CD-12 and Order 1-AHO-05. MA residents are no longer allowed to adopt from our adoption center or our adoption events due to MA regs. All MA adoptions must be finalized prior to the puppy leaving our care in TN.
