Cottontail! Our sweet, mysterious little beauty! She came to us a tiny kitten with her sister and mom. Our foster homes were full so they were left behind without much attention. Her mom, Bunny, got rehabilitated, in other words, LOVE, from us and went home with a wonderful young couple. The girls were spunky and difficult so we thought they would be happy being barn kitties on a prestigious farm. While Cottontail's sister loved it there and now greets everyone, Cottontail ran up a tree where she stayed for nearly a week. We took her back and she is happy being with us in a kennel. Trouble is that she needs a permanent home. Cottontail suffers from anxiety. She is nervous but just loves other cats and is so playful and funny. She is in search of a patient, rescue home that will give her time and patience and just let her be herself, wild and wacky. If you think think you can provide for her, please call 860-828-5287.
