Arrival story: Shamrock was found in a rental home after her person went to jail. Luckily she was found before it was too late.
Approximate age / Weight: 8 months / 28lbs as of 7-22-2014
Personality: Shamrock loves being around people. She's sweet and loves to jump on your lap for snuggles. If she can't find a warm body, you will find her hogging the nearest heat vent. Rocky is an all-around great dog. She plays great with big dogs and dogs her size, and is an awesome big sis to the young litter of pups living in her home. Rocky loves to wear canine couture, shop, is great on car rides, enjoys exploring, learned to swim this summer, and is great at the vet's office, too. She is also mastering walking on a leash but as a petite pitty, she doesn't pull hard.
We just can't say enough good things about Rocky. She is just a pup with a fabulous personality.
Forever home: Rocky would enjoy an active person / family to share her life with. As a pup, Shamrock will be dependent on her new family to teach her the things all dogs know to make her a loving companion, in a kind and gentle manner. We recommend all pups attend age-appropriate training class to help strengthen your bond. Please remember that puppies require lots of attention, playtime and patience, while they grow.
