My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Are you looking for an adorable new companion who is quiet (hardly ever barks), housebroken in his foster home, doesn’t destroy things, is playful and thinks you are his world? If so, look no further than our little two years young Yorkie-mix, Indy.

Indy is fantastic and his foster dad can’t say enough A+ things about him. He is perfect and so friendly. He loves all humans and animals. Poor Indy was abandoned. When our volunteer found him shivering under a car, she called the number on his collar. What she heard on the other end broke her heart. She was told the family didn’t want him anymore and could care less what happens to him. So, our volunteer took him home and contacted Take Me Home.

We couldn’t say no to this precious, tiny angel and have since devoted ourselves to finding him the best family we can. And, this tiny guy has proven to be one of the best doggies we have ever rescued! Please get your application in for Indy now…he can’t wait to start life with his wonderful, new forever family soon.
