Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Bear was on his last days at a rural Ohio dog pound. No one came searching for him. Dogworks Inc accepted him into rescue. We believe Bear to be 2 yrs old and mostly Labrador Retriever mixed with?? Possibly mixed with brindle coated American Bulldog = best guess. He weighs 60 lbs full grown. Beautiful brindle, medium length coat with some white patches. Very friendly, curious boy who loves attention. Has been good with most dogs, even the little ones. Not sure about cats. Always greets foster mom enthusiastically. He is young yet and needs to learn not to jump on you but is beginning to learn to "sit" and seems to be picking it up quickly. Minimal barker unless he hears the other dogs playing and barking. Walks fair on leash, picking up on housebreaking. Good dog for family with older kids that can run and play with him! Adoption fee includes, neuter, vaccine update, heartworm check and G.I. de-worming. Adoption fee $160. For questions or application please visit
