Mungo is a Border Collie Australian Shepherd mix that turned 1 year old on March 30! He is a friendly guy that just loves life. Mungo hasn't had a lot of training. He does know sit, but doesn't seem to know any other commands yet. He likes to jump up on people, but we will be working on that, and he's a smart boy so it shouldn't take long. He is okay on leash. Mungo is housebroken and has had no accidents. We will also be working on crate training him! Mungo has met cats, other dogs, and all sorts of people and has done well with all of them. We haven't had him tested with younger children, yet, but don't expect a problem!
Mungo came into rescue with his brother, Fraser. These two boys get along impeccably well and complement each other's personalities very well. They like to cuddle up together to sleep and when one is in sight, the other isn't far behind! We are not requiring that these two boys get adopted together. However, since they are bonded and would love to find a home together, we will be lowering the adoption fee to $250 for both of these boys instead of our regular $180 for one dog.
