Cricket's Story...
Cricket is a sweet, lovable girl who has had a rough start. She was kept outside on a chain with a choke collar when she should have been socialized and played with. She is crate trained and working on housetraining. She wants to be with you wherever you are. She is learning to be a member of a pack, but it is so new to her that it will take some more time. She enjoys some good walks and exercise because she’s never gotten that kind of attention. She loves for you to throw a ball or her toys, but don’t count on her to bring them back. Cricket is a great size and a great personality for a family! She would love her own kids to play with!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Cricket, a Bedford Pug/Beagle dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pug/Beagle for sale in Bedford, or seeking a Pug/Beagle dog from a breeder in Bedford.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Bedford already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Bedford breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pug/Beagle breeders who help with Pug/Beagle rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Bedford paves the way for another one to be saved.
