My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Sophia!

Sophia was rescued along with her sister Isabella from a high kill shelter in NC. She is about 3 months old and weights about 24-25 pounds. Sophia has a beautiful shinny black coat with white on her chest & tip of back paw. She is gorgeous!

Sophia is now living in a foster home in NJ. This is what her foster family says about her.....
Sophia is so calm and playful. When you pick her up she just molds into you and cuddles and sleeps, but when you put her down around dogs she plays & licks them -it's adorable! She never whines, cries, shakes, or acts nervous. Sophia loves playing with other dogs and drinks from the same water bowl, with no aggression. Sophia likes to roll over onto her back, tummy up. She seems to always be rolling over! She's great with anyone, kids, adults, anyone. She should really go to a home with other dogs since she is so fantastic with them! My family and I can't find one bad thing to say about her, even on the ride home from the airport she sat on my lap, she didn't even cry or shake, she just slept! She's fabulous. Anyone would be lucky to have her! Sophia is the most amazing puppy!

We would love to adopt Sophia and Isabella to the same furever home, but will separate if we find a wonderful furever homes for them.

If you have a furever home for this pup, please email us at FureverHomeDogRescue@att.net for an adoption application. www.fhdr.petfinder.com

Please note we do not adopt puppies/dogs to homes where they will be alone all day.

The breed this pet is listed as is our best guess as we have no background info on who the mom and dad are.

We do not have a shelter facility you can visit. Our volunteers foster the dogs and pups in their homes once they have been vetted and transported here from NC.
