Buddy is laid-back and mellow. He is like the children's book character, Ferdinand the Bull. Grateful and happy with life, he enjoys his casual and peaceful sniffs around the yard. Inside the house he is like a happy cat in a warm window sill - content to be safe and secure at home - and preferring a spot in the room where he can stay out of the way while monitoring everyone's comings and goings. He is delighted to cuddle-up and be welcome on closer terms, too -- if invited. He would be a good companion for someone who wants a good soulmate, but not a dog who requires a lot of energy. He is mindful and a capable learner; housebroken and heartworm-negative. Buddy's Mom just passed away and her family already has too many dogs. We are in search of someone who is looking for great company, and promises him he won't have to move again.
