Hi my name is Paddington, but all my friends call me Paddy Boy. I am a good boy and I love people and other dogs. I don’t know about cats but my foster Mom thinks I would be fine as I am a toothless wonder. I know how to sleep in my dog bed all night and to do my business outside. I really love to be with my human and I cry sometimes when you leave me, but I get over it because I am learning you will come back to me soon. I am a cuddle bug and love to get my belly rubs every day. I don’t have any teeth anymore because my mouth is much healthier without all of those old teeth bothering me. I still love my doggie kibble and my foster mom puts a little warm water on it just the way I like it. I still like to play and run and I still love a good stuffed toy to pack around. I really like to go for walks and rides in the car. I am a good boy and just lay down on the seat and watch the world go by.
Sometimes when you take your boots off I will see good opportunity for a rub by those wonderful feet with socks and I will let you know that is what I would like by putting my head on your foot and leaning in for some good rubs.

Paddington is a 9 years young smooth coated, sable colored, Dachshund. He weighs 14 pounds and is at his perfect weight. Paddy is housetrained and will sleep on his dog bed all night under his blanket. He really loves the company of another dog and he is submissive to whomever is the pack leader. Paddy is trustworthy in the house and can be left for short periods of time.
Paddy needs to go to a home with kids over the age of 13 so he will get properly picked up and set down and he won’t be able to jump off of furniture. Paddy is current of shots, neutered, micro chipped and he has had his teeth removed and is doing great with that. He eats dry kibble with a little warm water and he eats it all. Paddy is a hugger and will hug you with his muzzle when you hold him. He is just a great little guy with a big heart. He has a sweet and funny personality and will steal the show with his awesome attitude.
