My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hey everyone, I‘m Monica Stars! I was found as a stray in very poor condition. I was thin and very weak, limping, and had come down with a cough. I am so happy to be here in the rescue where I am getting much needed TLC and the veterinary care that I need. I am already doing so much better. My cough has cleared up, and I am getting my strength back. I am on pain meds for my limp and also have a nice new orthopedic bed.

I am a very lovely girl and am a sweetheart! I am house trained, crate trained, and do well with other dogs. I LOVE to play with toys, so my friend Cheddar gave me the one that I liked the most when I stayed with him. I just love everyone I meet, and my limp does not keep me from doing anything! I have made friends all along my journey.
