My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi, I‘m Rose (aka Rosie Rooter, Rosie the Riveter, Rosemarie, Loony Tune), an adorable female flowered Shar-Pei! I love people and do very well with children and other animals, including cats.

I love to wrestle with anyone who will take me on, and I never bite down when playing, only nibbles. I love to hang out on the deck and also love to be brushed. I have become Foster Mommy's shadow - everywhere she goes she can count on me to be right beside her waiting for the next opportunity to please her. I have learned to come when called and love to play and run with my people. When I need to go outside, I jump in Foster Mommy's lap. I have also learned to sit and lay on command. I walk well on leash; and if I happen to pull, a small tug stops me immediately. I love both cats here and never give chase, even when they're running all around me.

I overheat easily when it‘s hot outside. I am going to be spayed on 6/13, then will be ready to go to my "furever" home.

I am very smart and full of antics, I'll make a family laugh every day. I love to give kisses, and my favorite thing is to kiss strangers on the knee!
