Luke is a stunning lab/white shepherd mix who was surrendered to us when his owner moved to an apartment where he wasn't allowed. She was devastated to have to give him up, and we can see why. He is a wonderful dog!
Luke is about two years old, and still has a lot of puppy in him. He loves other dogs, and we would like to place him in a home where he can have canine friends, but he would also be fine with just humans. He is a bit shy at first, but once he warms up, all bets are off!! He is friendly, affectionate and loves to snuggle. He follows his foster mom everywhere he goes, and he loves the other dogs in his foster home. He is all white with spots on his ears, and his coat his gorgeous and soft. He knows how to sit and shake, and is a quick learner.
Luke loves to go for walks and play with tennis balls, but his favorite thing to do is to play with other dogs. He is a bit skinny and lanky, but we think he will grow into those long legs of his in no time. He adores kids as well as adults, and he would be a perfect family pet. He is neutered, up to date on all his shots, housebroken, and crate trained. He likes his crate, but he is perfectly behaved when his foster family leaves him un-crated while they are at work.
