Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Bella is listed as a Courtesy Posting; she is not part of Penny Angels Beagle Rescue. Please contact jillian_loyer@yahoo.com if you would like more information.
Bella is a 7 year old, 29 lb. house trained beagle that was adopted from a research facility 4 years ago and now needs to find another place to live. This what her owner told us about Bella: “When we first got Bella, she stayed in the crate when we were home. Now, we leave her out to roam, except when we go to sleep… we just put up a gate to keep her out of the bed at night, but she stays in the room with us. Bella loves to snuggle her nose under you when she wakes up in the morning; when we let her out from behind the gate, she rushes onto the bed and snuggles with whoever is left in it! Every once in a while she gets spunky and darts from room to room in the house. She also likes to cross her front legs in front of her when she is sitting down. She doesn't really play with toys and rarely chews on bones although she does like to chew up paper. She does not like car rides and sometimes gets carsick, but she is good on a leash and walks well. Unlike most beagles, Bella isn't a barker. In fact, she rarely barks. Despite all of her good qualities, Bella is a shy girl and easily startles, especially if she is approached from behind while sleeping. She does get anxious around a lot of activity and would do best in a quiet home without children or other dogs.”
If you think you can offer Bella a good home in a loving and CALM environment, please contact Jillian via e-mail, jillian_loyer@yahoo.com or phone: 609-488-0210. Thank you!
