Here's what the humans have to say about me:
If my husband would let me have another dog this is who I would adopt in a heartbeat. She is beautiful, easy to care for and loving.
ROXY is 4 yr old female shepherd/Collie. She weighs approximately 50 pounds, is UTD on vaccines, HW negative, dog friendly, people friendly, doesn't bother chickens or the cats. She is house broken, easy to train and discipline, has medium energy, loves to play and run, but will be your lap dog too (she enjoys laying on her fosters lap in the evenings) and she walks well on a lead. She is a perfect dog!!!!!!
ROXY'S STORY: Roxy was rescued from our county animal control May 2012. She was sent to boarding awaiting transportation when the receiving rescue group was ready. She had puppies while in the kennel but had mastitis and had to be separated from her puppies. Her puppies went to a foster until Roxy recovered. Roxy and her puppies were reunited in July in foster until they were ready to leave. The puppies went to their rescue in NJ and Roxy stayed in foster for spay. Roxy was adopted locally, but a year later she was returned because the owner moved and couldn't take her. Roxy has been with her original foster since then.
