Prince is a 3-year-old neutered male Akita who was left at a NJ county animal shelter by his owners due to a move. Prince is a social, friendly fellow who would do best in a home that is active and is breed experienced. Prince is leash trained however he is very strong. He is well mannered and knows some basic commands.

Prince can possibly live with cats as he has lived with one in the past, he can also go to a home with children ten and older who know how to respect the Akita breed. This is a very nice, well cared for male that is going to make someone an awesome companion. It is best that Prince be an only dog at this time.
