Banjo's Story...
My name is Banjo and I want to meet you!
I'm a sweet little boy - fun and friendly. I get along with everybody and just want a cozy forever home with a loving family. I'm about 2 years old, neutered, microchipped, and up to date with my vaccines. I'm heartworm negative and on flea and heartworm prevention medicine every month so I stay healthy. I'm crate-trained, walk nicely on a leash, and I LOVE the water! (I have really cool markings- blue heeler body and red heeler legs!)

If you would like to meet me or learn more about me, please contact Ms. Jody (call or text) at 352-316-5155 or email her at HeflinJ@bellsouth.net. Thanks!!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Banjo, a Orange Lake Australian Cattle Dog/Blue Heeler dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Australian Cattle Dog/Blue Heeler for sale in Orange Lake, or seeking a Australian Cattle Dog/Blue Heeler dog from a breeder in Orange Lake.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Orange Lake already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Orange Lake breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Australian Cattle Dog/Blue Heeler breeders who help with Australian Cattle Dog/Blue Heeler rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Orange Lake paves the way for another one to be saved.
