My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Once in a while you see a dog who looks at you and you know there is someone special in there. Sadly for Tigger, he was found in a high kill shelter in SC. When the helpers would give him some attention, he melted in their laps and soaked up the love he had never received before. And now that we have him in foster, we know this to be true. He is outgoing and very playful. He would play with the resident dog all day if he'd let him! When he's not playing he loves to be near people and will stay by your side as long as he can. Tigger is completely house broken and learning some basic commands. He looks like a tiger if you look at his back; We have never seen such gorgeous markings and soulful eyes. He appears to be about a year old and weighs about 40lbs. Tigger is getting really good at fetch. Today he dove into the river and swam! He loves going to the dog park, greeting the people and then the dogs. He loves everyone and hasn't met a stranger. He would love hiking, playing and anything you enjoy doing!
