BUDDY's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, purebred, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

BUDDY's Story...
BUDDY actually picked his own foster home. The wife of a local police officer was walking on Deer Creek several weeks ago, and Buddy picked her out and followed her home. What a stroke of good luck for Buddy. Not only had he picked a true animal lover, but he now had 4 other foster siblings to play with. After searches turned up no owner for Buddy, our rescue was contacted to find him a home. Buddy has everything going for him. He is your typical, friendly Lab. He is great with other dogs and cats. Obviously friendly with adults and children. Buddy is house broken and fully vetted. He is a little thin at his current weight, but the foster home is working on adding some pounds to his frame. He is excited about traveling to his new home.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

BUDDY, a Bedminster Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever for sale in Bedminster, or seeking a Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Bedminster.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Bedminster already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Bedminster breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Bedminster paves the way for another one to be saved.
