My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Mitzi, a sweet little tiger girl. She is approximately 7-8 months old and was found living under a porch with Buzz. Since nobody was feeding them, the group that trapped them couldn't put them back outside, so they called us. Although Mitzi and Buzz are not brother and sister, they do enjoy each other's company and, if possible, we would like to see them adopted together.

Mitzi is at that tall, lanky "teenage" stage. Because they did not get enough attention as kittens, it takes them a while to warm up to people. They are making great strides in the foster home. Although still a bit fearful of being touched, Mitzi can be pet to the extent that she will lift her chin to be rubbed and purr while you do it. Also, she will take Pounce treats right from your hand. They are friendly with other cats and would definitely benefit from living with a friendly kitten or young, playful adult cat. Laser light is their favorite exercise - they do engage with other toys, but not to a great extent (no toys living outside!)

Both Mitzi and Buzz need an experienced adopter or someone with patience who can teach them how to act with strangers and continue building their confidence. This is an amazing opportunity to adopt a beautiful pair of kitties and show them how awesome life can be in a loving home. They are both so sweet and deserve to be loved and spoiled.

Mitzi is spayed, tested negative for FIV and FeLV, dewormed, current on all shots, and received a flea preventative. They are neat in the litter box, and good about using the cat tree or cardboard tray to scratch.
