My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Dixie is a sweet 8 year old Hound mix. She was surrendered to Friendship because her owner could no longer afford to care for her. She was surrendered with another dog named Hunter. Dixie is good with her potty-training and has manners in the house. She enjoys car rides and is dog and cat friendly. Because she is a senior dog, a home with younger children is not recommended. Dixie would love a home with kids over 8 years of age. She be a wonderful pal to hang out with. Dixie can be adopted with or without Hunter.

If you have kids and/or another dog in your family and are interested in adopting a Friendship dog please bring them with you for a meet and greet. No appointment is necessary. Stop by anytime during regular business hours.
