Emma is 8 years old and was a surprise addition to our rescue. We went to our local shelter to pick up another dog, and as we were leaving we just happened to walk by Emma in her kennel. There was something about her eyes that made us stop and look twice, and when we open her gate and bent down next to her she gently nuzzled our hands and sighed with quiet content. She stole our hearts in about two seconds flat, and Emma became a Southie before we knew what hit us.

Emma's a laidback, quiet, easygoing pup who has such a story to tell and would make a wonderful companion. She's fully housetrained, crate trained, and doesn't pull on a leash. She does best in a stable, fairly quiet, non-chaotic environment; if you're looking for a TV-watching buddy, Emma is your girl! ;)

Emma's adoption fee is reduced for an approved adopter and includes her spay, all vaccinations, rabies shot, microchip, and being up to date on flea and heartworm preventative. Transportation is available across the US!
