Scout's Story...
Scout is one of a litter of 3 adorable pups who were orphaned when their mother was hit by a car. Our rescue saw them through bottle-feeding and now they are 11 weeks old and doing well. They have received their first vaccine and are learning to "get busy" on piddle pads when inside. (We aren't exactly sure of the breed mix for these cuties - the three are Buzz, Gus and Scout, if you want to look at all of their pictures...)

Please call/text Jody @ 352-316-5155 to discuss adopting one of these cuties!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Scout, a Orange Lake American Bulldog/Hound (Unknown Type) puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a American Bulldog/Hound (Unknown Type) for sale in Orange Lake, or seeking a American Bulldog/Hound (Unknown Type) puppy from a breeder in Orange Lake.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Orange Lake already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Orange Lake breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even American Bulldog/Hound (Unknown Type) breeders who help with American Bulldog/Hound (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Orange Lake paves the way for another one to be saved.
