My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet me at PetSmart on Poplar @ 240 Saturday, Sept. 6th from 11am to 3pm!

Tessa is about 1 1/2 years old, heartworm negative, current on all her vaccines and preventatives now. She is spayed and micro-cipped now too. She's a funny girl, can be stubborn but very calm and easy going. She never offered to snap when all those horrible mats were cut off of her. She was very grateful to get the help she needed. A good run in the yard was so pleasant after all the matting was removed....she actually could run and not feel the mats pinching her any more.

Tessa was dumped out on old Hwy 7 between Oxford and Holly Springs, MS. A passerby saw someone dumping something out of their car and turned around to check it out. It was three dogs! Lucky for Tessa and her baby boy, Turk to be rescued from the busy highway. The male retreated into the woods and is still being searched for.

Her adoption fee is $120.
