Bert (BB) Bosephus's Story...
Hi there! My name is Bert (BB) Bosephus. I am a 9 week old German Shepherd/Aussie mix. My foster mommy tells me i'm gorgeous! I am one happy pup, my tails is always wiggling! I love to play, play, play, but I am also a BIG cuddle bug! I'm going to be a pretty big dog, so I would love a home with a big backyard for me to run around and play! I am a little shy around new dogs, but if you introduce me correctly and give me time to adjust, I will warm up quickly and make a forever friend! I would make the perfect family dog, I love people of all ages! I am very smart and with a little work and dedication I will know all kinds of tricks! I can not wait to find my forever home! If you are interested in me please contact PAWS at www.pawspetadoption.org and fill out the online application. I can not wait to meet you and give you a big smooch!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Bert (BB) Bosephus, a Woodland German Shepherd Dog/Australian Shepherd puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a German Shepherd Dog/Australian Shepherd for sale in Woodland, or seeking a German Shepherd Dog/Australian Shepherd puppy from a breeder in Woodland.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Woodland already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Woodland breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even German Shepherd Dog/Australian Shepherd breeders who help with German Shepherd Dog/Australian Shepherd rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Woodland paves the way for another one to be saved.
