Hello Everyone,
My name is Mandi, and I am a cute little imp of a bichon, about one year old and “just right” at 16.5 pounds. Mom says I’m an adorable, charming and energetic little package -- and a real love bug. (Silly Mom. I’m not a bug at all – I’m a FurKid!) I love to be close to my people and I also love to play. That makes me a wonderful combination, don’t you think?
Dad says to tell you that I’m very smart and lots of fun. He says I love all toys – rubber, plush, squeaky or not -- especially my tennis ball. I can play with it by myself – but also enjoy playing with him or Mom, because I’m great at fetch! And I enjoy being with other furkids. We can play tug-of-war or chase or ‘wrestle.’ Then we stop so we can recharge our batteries!
I’m good in the car, housebroken, and behave myself when I have the house to myself. Mom says I really want to please, and have already learned ‘sit’, ‘lie down’, and ‘leave it’. You know what else I know? ‘Shake hands”! How good am I? I’m learning to walk nicely on a leash, and have learned to ‘wait’. It is only a matter of time until I dazzle them with all that I can do and learn!
I’m a pretty typical puppy in many ways. I’m healthy, active, fun-loving and cuddly – and a really good little girl. If you need to correct me, I listen. I’m playful and joyful and cute and smart – I just love to learn new things!
I like people, and may be a little shy at first but it doesn’t take me long to warm up to everyone! Mom is helping me to learn how to be gentle and ‘appropriate’ when we meet ‘cause I have all this puppy energy (when I’m not being calm, loving and cuddly, that is!)
I have expressive eyes, a very loving heart and am looking to share your home and lap. There is no doubt that I will love you to pieces. Since I’m young and energetic I need someone who is home most of the time, and will continue to work with me on my training. I’d love some kids of my own to play with or a doggy foster brother or sister.
