My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi! My name is Jimbo!!
Have you seen how good lookin’ I am? Just wait until you meet me!! I have a smile on my face all the time! I am a very well behaved boy, about 2 years old and 70 pounds... just the right size for cuddling and putting my big head in your lap for scratches.

I love to play with a tennis ball, sometimes by myself if no one is there to throw it for me. See my video to see how much I love to play ball! I love to play with other dogs, too. Even though I am a pretty big boy, I am gentle enough for kids.

I’m learning a lot at my foster home. I'm crated when my foster mom can’t watch me. Sometimes I like to wander the house getting into things if she falls asleep on the couch! Listen, I try really hard to be good, but sometimes there are just so many temptations!

Foster mom said I have a great looking coat. Did I tell ya, I’m a very handsome chocolate boy? I’m as sweet as my color. I take treats gently from my foster mom’s hands. I can tell she really appreciates that!!!

My foster mom laughs and tries to tell me that I am not a lap dog. I try to be respectful and tell her how silly she is. Of course I'm a lap dog!! I love to snuggle and be loved on. I have no problem getting in your lap and rolling around. And with my beautiful eyes, my foster mom just doesn't have the heart to tell me to get down.

Ask to meet me…You’ll want to scoop me up and take me home right then!!!
