My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

George and Geronimo 4-5 month old male White Mitted Red Tabby Maine Coon mixes
Bonded pair; must be adopted together

Geronimo started out bigger than his brother George but now George is bigger than Geronimo. Who can figure out growth spurts of kittens. The only way you can tell these boys apart is that George has a slight kink in his tail. And in the right pose you can see he is currently the larger of the two. George is also the troublemaker and mischief instigator Geronimo is a happy play companion with his brother and all about cuddling too.

Seldom do you find such a matched pair as these two are. Bookends, very hard to tell apart at least at this age. Of course they need to go home together. No exceptions to that. These are classic kittens -happy , curious , friendly, affectionate, playful to the max..Healthy. They are such a delight as they romp about and explore their world.

Some folks watch our website daily and will know that these two disappeared from the Nursery Page for a week or so. These two were adopted by a wonderful family with 4 and 6 yr old children. The dad said they were absolutely perfect kittens and fit in their family right away but unfortunately the mom developed very severe unexpected allergic reactions to them ( rashes !! ) and on the advice of her doctor they were regretfully returned about a week later. It was really too bad.

However this means that another family will have the pleasure of their companionship. They are child tested and passed with flying colors but they do not have to go to a family with kids. Almost anyone would enjoy their entertaining company.. They are very sweet boys. Everyone knows how sweet red tabby Maine Coons are. I always take them in to foster when I can get them.

This pair has had so much attention as they grew they are very confident happy guys.( How could we keep our hands off them?)

Some family will be so lucky.

They eat wet and dry food and are litterbox perfect.

Their foster mom is Harriet in Santa Cruz.
