Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Beautiful Molly is a mellow mostly Black Labrador Retriever girl, almost 5 years old, and in danger of being euthanized. The older couple who has her, just gave up their cocker spaniel to our rescue friends, and were planning to have Molly humanely euthanized as they did not want to bring her to the pound where a larger black dog’s fate is grim, and chances of adoption would be negligible, because she is black, not a pup anymore, and she is not a purebred.
They will wait but we do not know for how long. Therefore we are also seeking a foster home or sponsorship to pay her board (we are overloaded at this time). If you can find a place in your heart for beautiful Molly, please get in touch with us soon.
Molly loves other dogs (big and small), men, women, children—everyone, however she likes to chase cats (not to hurt them, but it could still happen), so would not do well in a home with cats. She is house trained and extremely affectionate. Molly loves people and has always been very good with visitors and family. She loves to play ball and tug-of-war.
