Hi, my name is Mickie... I came into the MW BREW program due to my owner's health issues (I had been living there with another dog as well). Don't let my age fool you... I have the energy and playfulness of a much younger beagle! I am currently a little underweight, but with my appetite and some time, I'll be back up to where I should be. Vet said I'm very healthy and just got my teeth cleaned! I am a bit of a talker when I get excited for my daily walk and so I would be best not in an apartment/condo.

I love going on walks and hunting/sniffing in the backyard. You will hear my "aroooooo" when I tree a squirrel... and you may see me do some gymnastics on my hind legs. I haven't figured out how to climb the tree after them yet! I'm a real sweet girl. Have been told that I have the cutest little moan/whimper when I'm being petted. I'm looking for that forever home that needs a tiny beagle girl to snuggle up by them on the couch and keep them company wherever they go! Mickie understands "no" when she's doing stuff that she shouldn't be. She is just super inquisitive, not a chewer and needs to be active.
