Diego's Story...
NOTE: This is a courtesy posting for another rescuer. Please do not contact ARRF, as we do not know this dog personally. See contact information below.

Diego is a gorgeous approximately 1.75 year old spayed, tan with white Pit Bull Terrier who weighs about 63 lbs. Yes, all the volunteers are in love with Diego's face! He's a great dog too. He likes to play fetch.. He drops the ball on command, nudges it towards you, then steps back, lies down and waits for you to throw it. He is definitely a favorite with those who come in contact with him.

What you please come see this special boy.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Diego, a Vista Pit Bull Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pit Bull Terrier for sale in Vista, or seeking a Pit Bull Terrier dog from a breeder in Vista.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Vista already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Vista breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Vista paves the way for another one to be saved.
