Milligan is a beautiful, sweet 3 year old dog who has had an awful life. He lived in an abandoned house for two years and has the scars to prove it. He is fully vetted, and has been treated for heart worm. Milligan is looking for his FORever home. Milligan loves people and bonds very quickly. He walks well on a leash, and is crate trained. Nothing seems to bother him. He loves his toys, but mostly he love his people. Milligan has sensitive skin and will need weekly baths, but other than that, he is a very low maintenance dog. Don't you want to wake up to this sweet smile every day?
