Hi there, those of you browsing cat folks! I'll bet most of you probably passed me by when you saw my name: Chatterbox. As far as I can tell, I was named Chatterbox when I first came to the MaxFund because I was trying so hard for them to pay attention to me! "Please, please, please," I pleaded with my insistent meows, "Please don't forget about me, just because you think that I look like so many other cats here. We're all special and we all need to appreciated and listened to!"
I won't require a lot of care or brushing because my medium-length fur is easy to groom and take care of. I do like to communicate with humans with my cute voice but I'm definitely not obnoxious about having to get attention all of the time! If you like lap cats, then you'll certainly appreciate me because I love to come up and visit with you, especially if you sit down on the floor to chat with us cats in our large habitat/room. That's when I'll saunter over and subtly place my front legs over your legs, ever so casually, so as to suggest that we can have delightful communication and that I'll purr appreciatively when you stroke my beautiful fur, from head to tail, maybe even giving a soft little scratch on my back, just before you arrive at my not-overly fluffy tail!
Hopefully, you've gained a more realistic picture of me: I'm as pretty (oooops! handsome) as can be; I'm so affectionate; I want to be your one and only; with that being said, I do get along with other cats but have no experience with dogs; not sure about little children, either, because I was "just a stray," and so not very much is known about me before I was brought to the MaxFund. But you can be sure of one thing! I'm a lover, especially with loving humans who know how to appreciate a wonderful "cat personality!" Have you been enticed yet? If not, you'd better jump into a hot springs as soon as possible! You just might need some thawing out, because I'm . . . your . . . guy!
