My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi there! My name is Obie! I got dealt a bad hand in this later part of my otherwise happy life. My owner couldn't keep me anymore, so a friend took me in. Now that friend, my new mom, has to get rid of me because the property management company where we live said so. I have to find a new place to live right away and I have nowhere to go. So, here's my resume ... I am awesome. I am a well-behaved family cat. I use a litterbox like a good boy and I am declawed. I get along well with kids of all ages and other cats. I am healthy, happy and ready to go! I'm about 10 years old and just want someone to love. I am friendly and affectionate. If you can give me the home of my dreams, where I'll never be abandoned again, please email areveroberle@gmail.com.

Paws For Life Rescue

Adoption and Foster Care Application

Adoption Process:
Complete the application at www.pawsforliferescue.org. We then arrange a location, date and time for you to meet some pets. If the meeting goes well and everyone is happy, you begin the mandatory, minimum two-week adjustment period with the pet as part of your family. You will pay the non-refundable adoption fee at the start of the two-week adjustment period. This pending period allows your new dog or cat time to adjust to their new home, new people, new routine, etc., and for you to decide if it's a match and the right pet for you. At the end of two weeks (some people extend the adjustment time as needed and that's fine too), if everyone is happy, then we finalize the adoption. Feel free to email if you have any questions.
