My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Spencer is a gorgeous golden boy that is only a little over a year old. He came to us right before Christmas 2013, but Spencer's Christmas miracle has not happened for him yet. Spencer was just a little kitten of only a few months old when he came in and was found as a stray with some other kittens that came from the same address. Cold and alone, Spencer was very happy to come to a warm, safe place where he would be loved and cared for. We expected this little orange kitten to be adopted right away, but he is still waiting. After Spencer was with us for a little while and settled in, we discovered that he got along just fine with other cats, so we moved him into our free roaming area. Once in there, Spencer felt a bit overwhelmed by all of the cats there and went into hiding. We moved him back out and now he is quite content. Spencer would do just fine in a home with one or two other cats, but several would be a bit too much for him. Spencer is very sweet and just loves people. He would make a wonderful addition to any good family that promises to cherish him always, and never leave him out in the cold again. File#23156 12/11/13
