Randall's Story...
Oh goodness, just look at that face! How can you resist our new friend Randall? Randall is a 3 year old beautiful boxer that would just love a great home of his own. Randall was found as a stray and we just can't believe that someone actually lost this loving boy. Randall was picked up by the police who made instant friends with him, then we picked him up and we all just fell in love with him right away. We know you will too. Randall is so gentle and sweet, and really has the boxer-hug down pat. When you first meet him, his whole back end wiggles with delight, then once he's given you the sniff-test, you'll be his best friend for life. He is so polite that he will sit instantly when asked, and offer you a pawshake in friendship. Randall even offered a pawshake to one of our residents peacocks, who was pleasantly surprised to see that Randall didn't want to harm him. Randall doesn't seem to mind other dogs and he just adores people. He walks very well on a leash and shows interest in toys, but doesn't quite get the concept of playing with them yet. Randall is dreaming of a fresh start in life with a family that will treasure him always, and never let him go again. File#23944 9/20/14

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Randall, a Forked River Boxer dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Boxer for sale in Forked River, or seeking a Boxer dog from a breeder in Forked River.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Forked River already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Forked River breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Boxer breeders who help with Boxer rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Forked River paves the way for another one to be saved.
