Jack is an adorable, energetic and very active, six-year-old, 20-pound, male tri-color Jack Russell Terrier/Beagle-mix looking for a loving guardian.

Poor Jack was given up to Chicago Animal Care and Control when his family was moving. Lucky for him, Underdog Rescue was able to find him a loving foster home rather than a shelter cage.

Jack has proven to be housebroken and crate-trained, and knows the commands sit, sit pretty and is gentle taking treats. Jack is great with people and with other dogs. He is doing beautifully with three dogs of varying sizes and shapes in his foster home!

Jack loves to chase and fetch tennis balls and other toys, and enjoys frolicking in the yard with the other dogs. He also relaxes in the home and loves to snuggle with his humans.
