Here's what the humans have to say about me:
This precious little long haired dachshund mix is approx 18 months old and 16 lbs. When we rescued her, she had broken ankle and heart worms. Our orthopedic surgeon said the break had healed on its own and did not require surgery. He said she may down the road have a slight limp if she plays too hard, but right now you would not know she ever had a problem. She runs and plays like all of the other dogs. She has been treated for HW and has been started on monthly preventative. S is just as happy as can be, is pretty well house trained, has a sweet personality, and has blossomed into a wonderful, gentle and very playful little girl. She sleeps in her doggie bed with all of her buddies and doesn't have a mean home in her body. She is going to be a wonderful companion. She would like a companion dog or human home with her.
