My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This little sweetheart is Fluffy. It was her given name 9+ years ago by her owner who surrendered her. She was kept in a room in a basement her whole life and was used for breeding. She is somewhat of a "puppy mill" dog. She is still very shy but being in foster care since June 2, 2014, she has found her voice, is allowing some folks to pet her and is learning how to be a playmate with her foster bichon brother & sister.
She sits on laps but is not the cuddling type - at least not yet. However, she appreciates belly rubs and ear scratches!
Fluffy walks very well on a leash. She is totally housebroken.
She does not play with toys but we've found she likes special treats.
When Fluffy was rescued she weighed about 25 pounds but is now down to about 20 pounds.
She is a "tiny little bit", kind of a "low rider" but very stout!
Fluffy girl needs a family who will be willing to continue to work with her and show her the love that has been missing in her life. She has a small cataract in her right eye but can see fine with the left eye. Her new family must also have a fenced yard. Children in the home need to be at least 10. Fluffy needs another dog in the home with her.
