One would never guess that we rescued this spunky little guy just moments from being euthanized because he was brought in with Parvo. Lucky for Buster, we have lots of experience treating this avoidable disease and rushed to save him. After 5 days in the ER, Buster emerged happy and healthy and ready to start his new life.

Buster is a 4 month old, 8 pound Jack Russell Terrier mix with loads of personality. This playful little pup lives for adventure and socializing and finds fun around every corner. Buster is doing well getting used to his new routine and gets along with his canine foster sibling.

Our adoption fee for Buster is $300 and includes his neuter, microchip, vaccines, treatment for worms and lots of TLC in the hospital and his foster home.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Buster, a Irvine Jack Russell Terrier/Cairn Terrier puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Jack Russell Terrier/Cairn Terrier for sale in Irvine, or seeking a Jack Russell Terrier/Cairn Terrier puppy from a breeder in Irvine.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Irvine already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Irvine breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Jack Russell Terrier/Cairn Terrier breeders who help with Jack Russell Terrier/Cairn Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Irvine paves the way for another one to be saved.
