Squeeks's Story...
Hello. My name is Squeeks and I am so pleased to make your acquaintance. I am sweet as I can be and I hope that you choose me to join your family!

I can't tell you much about how I got to MaxFund, as no one seems to know much about my life before I got here. What I can tell you is that I am ready to move on and I would love to live in a home. With you of course!! I am a bit timid here in the shelter, but I hear that's a pretty normal reaction to being in an unknown environment with other cats all around me. I generally stay in my cage, which is no fun at all, but I'm not quite brave enough to venture out much. I hope to have a nice home where I can be out and about without a care in the world. Will you give that chance to me?

I adore being petted and paid attention to and I will make a great companion for someone who wants a friend for life. Do come to the shelter and spend some time with me. You'll see how great I am and we can be together forever. YAYYYY!! I'll be waiting for you...

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Squeeks, a Denver Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Denver, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Denver.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Denver already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Denver breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Denver paves the way for another one to be saved.
