Linda was left behind in a house when the people moved out. The landlord found this poor scared dog hiding in the laundry room. Linda is very sweet but it is clear she was hit and screamed at often. She is house trained, good with other dogs, good with kids but needs a home that will go slow with her. Fast movements, picking up of large objects or angry tones upset her and she will duck and hide. She does walk on a leash with calm encouragement. If she gets scared she does try to run away to hide. She never goes far if she does but you can’t approach her because she will run again. You just have to sit and call her to you. She is so afraid of being hurt she doesn't know any different but she soon will learn that people aren't that bad and we are here to love her not hurt her.
