Oh what a sad story. China Blue and her sister Georgia Peach have been so well cared for, up until the point that their loving owner had to be moved to a nursing home where she is not able to bring her beloved kitties with her. That was in mid September; since then these girls have been left in the house by themselves. They have a caring couple who comes in every day to give them fresh food and water and clean their litterboxes, but as any cat lover knows, even independent kitties need and crave the love and affection of their human companions.
China Blue is the more curious one of the two. She is also more prone to giving her humans love on her own schedule. However, when she wants attention, she sure knows how to communicate it. She is especially talkative when she wants her food…oh yes, she does LOVE her food. According to their medical records, they are healthy girls.
Though we would like them to go together to make the transition easier, we would consider splitting them for the right homes. At this point China Blue just craves an indoors only home that provides her with love, attention and affection.
