Meet Muppet. We believe she's a dachshund / yorkie mix. She's just as "silly" as her name & is guaranteed to make you smile. This sweet little puppy girl is fully of energy & just wants to play play play. She does like the company of other dogs, but we haven't cat tested her. She's about 6 mths old, will stay in her crate, loves to snuggle, and is out to enjoy all the world has to offer. She currently weighs about 7 lbs.

If you are interested in adopting Muppet, you can fill out an application right on our website! Go to dreamhappytails.org/adoptform.shtml. Muppet 's adoption fee is $375. All adoption fees go directly to veterinary care for DREAM dachshunds. Muppet will go to his/her new home microchipped, spayed, on heartworm prevention, and up to date on vaccinations. Most dogs' veterinary expenses are greater than our adoption fees.

DREAM is an all-volunteer rescue group, and we focus on the Atlanta, North Georgia and Savannah area. Because we are all volunteers, we can consider applications only within an hour of these areas. DREAM does not recommend purebred dachshunds for families with children under 5, or families planning to have children during the dog's lifetime. Dachshunds are often not patient with little kids, and kids can accidentally hurt a doxie's back.
